Tanggung Jawab
- Design high-impact creative assets for digital, social media, and print marketing campaigns.
- Conceptualize and produce visual content that effectively highlights product features to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Translate complex marketing requirements into clear, engaging, and visually appealing design solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end design process from initial wireframing and sketching to final production and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, software tools, and e-commerce marketing techniques.
- Ensure all files are optimized for different platforms and devices for maximum performance.
Kualifikasi
- Professional portfolio showcasing a strong command of composition, typography, and color theory.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proven ability to translate business goals into creative, conversion-oriented visual designs.
- Strong understanding of layout principles for both web and mobile-responsive marketing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain creative concepts effectively.
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline is preferred.
