Tanggung Jawab
- Create and develop original design concepts for digital marketing, social media content, and print advertisements.
- Design innovative packaging and point-of-sale (POS) materials that stand out in a competitive retail environment.
- Collaborate closely with the brand and marketing teams to ensure all visuals align with the core brand identity and strategy.
- Manage the entire design process from initial brainstorming and sketching to final artwork (FA) production.
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards across all corporate and consumer-facing touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of design trends and industry developments to keep Julie’s visual identity fresh and relevant.
- Assist in photography art direction and post-production image retouching to maintain high-quality visual assets.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional design experience, ideally within an agency or FMCG environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- A strong, diverse portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and excellent technical execution.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in motion graphics, 3D design, or video editing using After Effects is highly advantageous.
