Tanggung Jawab
- Design visually engaging packaging, labels, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines
- Create digital content including social media graphics, website banners, and email marketing assets
- Develop comprehensive design concepts from initial brief to final production-ready files
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure design consistency across all channels
- Prepare print-ready files with proper color profiles, resolution, and formatting
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh perspectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years professional graphic design experience with portfolio showcasing packaging/digital work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with print production processes and digital asset management
- Ability to translate business requirements into creative solutions
- Excellent time management and communication skills
