As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our clients connect with their audiences. You won't just be creating visuals; you will be crafting the visual language of brands. From concept development to final execution, you will work on a diverse array of projects including digital marketing assets, social media campaigns, brand identity systems, and print collateral. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop creative concepts and design assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and web platforms.
- Create and maintain consistent brand identity guidelines across various client touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions.
- Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print media, ensuring high-quality output.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and industry technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Present design concepts to team members and clients with clear rationale.
- Ensure all visual deliverables align with the agency's quality standards and client expectations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Portfolio demonstrating a versatile design style and mastery of branding principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs effectively.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or basic UI/UX principles is considered a significant plus.
