Tanggung Jawab
- Create visually compelling graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and website content that align with brand guidelines and healthcare compliance standards
- Design print materials including brochures, banners, posters, and medical information leaflets with attention to accuracy and readability
- Develop and maintain visual brand consistency across all marketing channels and internal communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative projects from brief to final delivery
- Produce visual assets for internal presentations, corporate communications, and event materials
- Stay updated with design trends, healthcare industry developments, and emerging visual technologies to continuously improve creative output
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in healthcare, FMCG, or service industries
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; knowledge of Figma or Sketch is a plus
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects with excellent visual communication skills
- Understanding of printing processes, color theory, and typography principles
- Detail-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web graphics optimization is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) with ability to interpret creative briefs effectively
