From conceptualizing eye-catching social media graphics and email campaigns to designing comprehensive brand guidelines and print materials, your work will directly influence brand perception and business growth.
We are looking for someone who lives and breathes design. You must have a sharp eye for detail, a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment. You will work closely with our Marketing, Content, and Development teams to ensure every visual element is aligned with the overall campaign strategy and brand voice.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative visual concepts for a wide range of marketing materials, including social media assets, website graphics, email templates, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual narratives that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all client deliverables by meticulously adhering to established brand guidelines and style guides.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial concept through final production, while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our creative output.
- Prepare and present design concepts to internal stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind creative decisions.
- Retouch, manipulate, and optimize images and graphics for various digital and print platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a creative agency or marketing department.
- Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Figma is a strong plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating proficiency in branding, layout, typography, and digital design.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and quality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
