Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design high-quality visual assets for digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Prepare final print-ready files and optimize digital assets for various web formats.
- Stay up-to-date with industry-standard design software and emerging visual trends.
- Assist in the production of internal communication materials and event-based branding.
- Ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints of the Bintan Resort brand.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and branding principles.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling visuals.
