Tanggung Jawab
- Design and create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media including brochures, social media content, and website assets
- Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual identity across all company materials
- Collaborate with marketing team to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual narratives
- Produce high-quality images, illustrations, and infographics that enhance customer engagement
- Optimize designs for various platforms while maintaining visual integrity across devices
- Stay updated with industry trends and design innovations to maintain competitive edge
- Manage design projects from concept to final delivery within tight deadlines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in graphic design with portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience creating designs for tourism, hospitality, or travel industry preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate abstract concepts into visual solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback iteratively
- Portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across multiple media formats
