Tanggung Jawab
- Create and produce high-quality graphic designs for various media including digital platforms, print materials, and marketing collateral
- Develop concepts and visual solutions that effectively communicate brand messages and meet client objectives
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure design consistency across all channels
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth and development
- Stay updated with current design trends, techniques, and software to maintain competitive edge
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final deliverables
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, technical skills, and versatility in design styles
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and effective designs
- Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
