Tanggung Jawab
- Create compelling visual designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, marketing collateral, and brand assets
- Collaborate with the Growth Squad to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms
- Work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated on current design trends and incorporate innovative approaches into your work
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns
- Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Ability to translate business requirements into creative visual solutions
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
