Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and create visual graphics for digital platforms, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Develop high-quality layouts for promotional materials, brand assets, and internal company publications.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Retouch and edit photography for online and offline campaign materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Prepare final files for various production formats (print and digital).
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and software to improve design quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for visual detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is considered a significant plus.
