Tanggung Jawab
- Design and produce visual materials for marketing campaigns, product packaging, and digital platforms
- Create compelling layouts for print and digital media including brochures, social media graphics, and website assets
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop brand-aligned visual solutions
- Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and meet quality standards
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative techniques into projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design capabilities
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
- Ability to translate business requirements into creative solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
