Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design high-quality visual content for marketing campaigns, digital advertisements, and social media platforms.
- Maintain and evolve the Invens brand identity across all internal and external communication channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute promotional concepts.
- Design and layout promotional materials such as brochures, banners, flyers, and presentations.
- Ensure all visual output meets brand guidelines while maintaining consistency in style and quality.
- Optimize graphic assets for various digital formats to ensure fast load times and high resolution.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in graphic design (portfolio submission is mandatory).
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design choices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work across different media.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
