We're seeking a visionary designer who can transform abstract concepts into compelling visual narratives. You'll develop and maintain cohesive brand identities across all touchpoints, ensuring our messaging resonates with both local and international audiences. The role requires a blend of artistic flair and strategic thinking to create designs that elevate brand perception while supporting business objectives.
Working from our Badung headquarters, you'll collaborate with marketing and operations teams to produce high-impact visuals for digital platforms, print media, and experiential marketing campaigns. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain visual identity systems for Tenji Sushi & Bali brand
- Create engaging designs for marketing collateral, digital assets, and packaging
- Produce high-quality graphics for social media, websites, and in-store materials
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute brand-aligned campaigns
- Ensure consistent brand application across all customer touchpoints
- Manage design projects from concept to final production
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 3+ years professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design capabilities
- Experience in hospitality or F&B industry preferred
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills
