Tanggung Jawab
- Create engaging visual designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, advertisements, and marketing materials
- Develop brand identity elements such as logos, color schemes, typography, and visual style guides
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms
- Stay updated on current design trends, techniques, and industry best practices
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs
- Work efficiently in both freelance and contract arrangements, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition
- Ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling visual communications
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly
- Flexible work approach, comfortable with both freelance and contract arrangements
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, polished designs
