Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design creative visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, print materials, and digital media.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand identity, ensuring all designs align with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visual stories.
- Prepare final designs for print and digital distribution, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design software, and creative techniques to continuously improve skills.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
- A strong, professional portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for color, typography, and layout.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to a team.
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
