Tanggung Jawab
- Create and design visually engaging graphics for various marketing materials including social media posts, flyers, brochures, and website content
- Develop promotional materials highlighting club amenities, special events, and seasonal offerings
- Ensure all designs align with the Luna Beach Club Bali brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective visual solutions
- Produce high-quality digital and print assets for both online and offline marketing campaigns
- Stay updated with current design trends and incorporate them into creative work while maintaining the brand's unique identity
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Proven portfolio showcasing strong graphic design skills and creativity
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with digital marketing assets and social media design
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to understand and execute brand guidelines
- Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
