In this role, you will work closely with our leadership and Marketing Director to craft compelling visual assets that elevate our brand identity and drive engagement across multiple channels.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and produce high-quality visual designs for digital, social media, and print marketing collateral.
- Collaborate directly with the Marketing Director to align visual assets with overall company brand strategy and campaign objectives.
- Translate complex marketing concepts into intuitive and engaging graphic design solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards and deadlines.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and provide innovative design ideas for upcoming projects.
- Ensure consistency across all visual communications in terms of branding, typography, and color schemes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in graphic design (portfolio submission is required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work closely with senior management and direct reports.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interpret creative feedback and implement changes efficiently.
