Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design visual layouts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
- Create engaging graphics for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
- Prepare and edit images to meet specific quality standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual strategies.
- Ensure all designs are on brand and align with the company’s visual identity guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and software advancements to improve design skills.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and technical proficiency.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
