Tanggung Jawab
- Develop creative visual concepts and design assets for branding, campaigns, events, and marketing materials
- Create digital and print designs including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and presentations
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs while maintaining visual innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables
- Revise designs based on feedback and optimize for different media platforms

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in real estate or marketing
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving and technical execution
- Deep understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present design concepts clearly
