As our Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and digital teams to translate business objectives into high-impact visual stories. From crafting eye-catching promotional campaigns for the latest gadgets to designing intuitive layouts for our retail materials, your work will directly influence customer engagement and brand perception. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop creative visual concepts for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and print channels.
- Design high-converting promotional banners, email newsletters, and digital advertisements for the Electronic City website.
- Create point-of-sale materials, brochures, and in-store signage to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the social media team to produce engaging motion graphics and static content.
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage end-to-end design projects from initial brief and brainstorming to final production and delivery.
- Stay current with design software trends and industry best practices to improve team workflow and output quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in both digital and print design.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English are highly desirable.
- Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing is a significant plus.
