Tanggung Jawab
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and print materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting tight deadlines.
- Retouch and manipulate images to ensure visual consistency and professional finish.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, software tools, and industry best practices.
- Prepare final files for production, ensuring technical specifications are met for different media formats.
- Contribute to brainstorm sessions to generate innovative ideas for company branding and marketing initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design (portfolio submission is required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design choices.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in both digital and static design.
