We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team in Kabupaten Karanganyar. If you have a keen eye for aesthetics and a drive to create compelling visual narratives, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will be the primary visual storyteller for our brand, responsible for crafting high-quality marketing materials that capture the essence of our travel packages, upcoming events, and social media presence.
The ideal candidate is someone who stays ahead of design trends, understands the nuances of digital engagement, and can translate marketing goals into visually striking designs. You will work closely with our team to maintain brand consistency while pushing the boundaries of creativity to drive audience engagement and brand loyalty.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design original graphics for promotional travel packages, events, and brand campaigns.
- Develop engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to increase follower interaction.
- Create layout designs for brochures, banners, posters, and other print or digital marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual assets with promotional strategies and campaign objectives.
- Ensure all designs maintain a high level of quality, brand consistency, and aesthetic appeal.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Prepare final files for print production or digital publication using industry-standard software.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design software (Canva/CorelDraw).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to understand brand voice and translate it into effective visual communication.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
