Tanggung Jawab
- Create high-quality visual assets for various marketing channels, including social media, e-commerce, and print media.
- Develop engaging graphics for brand awareness campaigns and product promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual concepts with overall brand strategy.
- Ensure all designs maintain consistent brand identity, style, and tone across all platforms.
- Design and prepare files for print production, including labels, banners, and brochures.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, digital tools, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent creative problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to feedback.
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing (CapCut/Premiere) is a significant plus.
