Tanggung Jawab
- Develop creative visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for various digital and print media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to translate campaign goals into high-converting visual assets.
- Maintain and evolve our brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in style and tone.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.
- Perform high-quality retouching, image manipulation, and vector design as required by project needs.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas for upcoming campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a professional design role (portfolio required).
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and accept constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in motion graphics or UI/UX design is a significant plus.
