Tanggung Jawab
- Develop high-quality visual concepts and designs for digital, social media, and print platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations departments to translate strategic goals into compelling visual content.
- Maintain and evolve brand identity standards across all creative deliverables.
- Design engaging assets including advertisements, infographics, presentations, and social media banners.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to conceptualize innovative marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all project deadlines are met with high attention to detail and quality control.
- Optimize graphic assets for different digital channels to maximize user engagement and reach.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design (portfolio submission required).
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving and versatility in design styles.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects/Premiere Pro) is considered a strong advantage.
