- Design and produce high-quality graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Edit and create engaging Reels and TikTok videos with professional motion graphics and visual effects.
- Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, banners, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative visual campaigns.
- Ensure all design work strictly adheres to the company's brand identity and style guidelines.
- Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and social media algorithms to optimize content performance.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in social media design and motion graphics.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and visual composition.
- Ability to create compelling video content and motion animations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
