Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and design engaging marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Create compelling digital assets for various online platforms such as websites, social media channels, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to established brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Prepare final artwork for print production and digital deployment, ensuring all files are correctly formatted and print-ready.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, design software, and techniques to continuously enhance design quality and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing team.
- Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and an understanding of design principles.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into effective visual designs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
