Tanggung Jawab
- Create eye-catching visual assets for event marketing materials, including posters, banners, social media graphics, and digital advertisements.
- Design engaging event collateral such as invitations, stage backdrops, event guides, and signage.
- Translate event themes and brand guidelines into cohesive and impactful visual designs.
- Collaborate with the event production team to ensure design assets are produced within specified timelines and technical requirements.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, software updates, and industry best practices to ensure our visuals remain modern and competitive.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas for upcoming projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven portfolio showcasing high-quality design work, preferably in event marketing or advertising.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to translate abstract ideas into visual concepts.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working within a team.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects/Premiere Pro) is considered a strong plus.
