In this role, you will be the custodian of our brand voice, crafting high-impact visual assets that resonate across multiple platforms. Whether it is refining our core identity or designing performance-focused ad creative, you will bridge the gap between creative design and analytical marketing. You will collaborate closely with our strategy and marketing teams to push creative boundaries and deliver designs that truly move the needle.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute high-quality visual assets for brand identity, digital campaigns, and performance marketing channels.
- Translate complex marketing goals into compelling visual narratives that enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, from social media to landing pages.
- Analyze performance metrics of creative assets to iterate, optimize, and improve design effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end design projects, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards and tight deadlines.
- Conceptualize and design original motion graphics and static layouts for multi-channel digital advertising.
- Stay ahead of design trends and digital marketing best practices to keep the brand's creative output innovative and relevant.
Kualifikasi
- Professional portfolio showcasing strong branding work and performance-driven ad creative.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably within an agency or fast-paced digital environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles in design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering results.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout hierarchy across different digital formats.
