Tanggung Jawab
- Create high-quality graphic designs for various digital printing needs.
- Translate client requirements and concepts into visual designs.
- Prepare and optimize files for various printing methods and formats.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and print quality.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing assets and customer requests.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, software, and printing technologies.
- Provide creative input for internal marketing and promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).
- Expertise in industry-standard software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and file preparation (pre-press).
- Creative thinker with an eye for typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handling tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
