Tanggung Jawab
- Create original and innovative embroidery designs for various clients
- Collaborate with the embroidery team to ensure designs are technically feasible
- Develop design concepts based on client requirements and brand guidelines
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from clients and team members
- Stay updated on current design trends and embroidery techniques
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Work with embroidery software to create precise and detailed patterns
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout the design process
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with embroidery or textile design
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW
- Knowledge of embroidery digitization software is a plus
- Ability to translate client requirements into creative design solutions
- Attention to detail and precision in design work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
