Tanggung Jawab
- Design visually engaging graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create illustrations, infographics, and animated content to support marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing team to align visual content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Optimize designs for various social media formats and aspect ratios
- Research current design trends and social media best practices
- Manage multiple design projects with strict deadlines
- Revise designs based on team feedback and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media design expertise
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and brand consistency
- Experience with design tools like Canva or Figma
- Ability to translate marketing goals into compelling visuals
- Excellent communication and time management skills
