Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop original textile patterns, motifs, and artwork for fabric production
- Create repeatable patterns ensuring seamless tileability for large-scale printing
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs meet technical specifications
- Research market trends and incorporate them into innovative textile designs
- Refine artwork based on stakeholder feedback and production requirements
- Manage design files and maintain organized digital archives
- Work cross-functionally with marketing to align designs with brand vision
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in textile or surface pattern design
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and textile design software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating textile pattern creation and repeat layouts
- Understanding of textile production processes (printing, weaving, etc.)
- Excellent color theory and composition skills
- Ability to translate concepts into technical design specifications
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, or related field
