Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design high-quality graphics and illustrations for event branding and marketing collateral.
- Develop engaging motion graphics and short animations for digital and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visual consistency across all project touchpoints.
- Prepare final print-ready files and digital assets according to project specifications.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative strategies for upcoming event campaigns.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Continuously stay updated on the latest design trends, software updates, and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, Illustrator, or a similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, illustration, and motion graphics.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and visual composition.
- Ability to translate complex marketing requirements into clear, visual concepts.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- A creative, proactive mindset with a keen attention to detail.
