Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design engaging visual content for social media, digital advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
- Support the design team in the creation of internal presentations, reports, and company collateral.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all creative output adheres to established company brand guidelines.
- Assist in retouching, editing, and formatting images for various digital platforms and print media.
- Maintain an organized file system for all design assets and project archives.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, industry standards, and software updates to ensure high-quality output.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate fresh creative ideas for upcoming campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating basic design principles, typography, and layout composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
- Ability to receive feedback constructively and translate it into design improvements.
