Alamii Food is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer specializing in Packaging to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will have the opportunity to craft compelling, innovative, and functional packaging designs that elevate our brand and captivate our customers. You will be responsible for breathing new life into our product lines, updating current packaging to meet modern market standards while developing fresh concepts that stand out on the shelf.

You will collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure that every design not only looks stunning but also complies with regulatory requirements and effectively communicates our brand story. Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design innovative packaging solutions for new and existing Alamii Food products.
- Revise and update current packaging designs to improve visual appeal, shelf impact, and market competitiveness.
- Create high-quality 2D artwork and technical print files, including bleeds, safe zones, and fold lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging designs align with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Conduct market research to identify packaging trends, competitor strategies, and material innovations.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and budgets.
- Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3+ years) in packaging design, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
- Strong understanding of print production processes, color profiles (CMYK), and material selection.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills to handle complex projects.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of packaging projects and print design work.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
