Are you a creative visionary with a passion for CPG branding? Alamii Food is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Packaging) to join our growing team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will be the creative heartbeat behind our product presence, crafting compelling, innovative, and functional packaging solutions that resonate with our health-conscious customers.
As our Packaging Designer, you won't just be designing labels; you will be telling our brand story through tactile experiences. You will take ownership of the full design lifecycle—from conceptualization and prototyping to print-ready production. We are looking for someone who balances artistic flair with technical precision, ensuring every product on the shelf stands out while maintaining our brand integrity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop creative and functional packaging designs that align with Alamii Food's brand identity and market positioning.
- Update and revise existing product packaging to reflect changing market trends and product improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to translate brand concepts into visually appealing packaging assets.
- Manage the end-to-end design process, including prototyping, dieline creation, and final print production files.
- Ensure all designs are technically accurate and print-ready, coordinating closely with printing vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with current packaging design trends, materials, and sustainable packaging solutions.
- Prepare high-quality product mockups and 3D renderings for internal presentations and marketing materials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in packaging design, preferably within the FMCG or food and beverage industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in packaging design, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Understanding of print production processes, materials, and dielines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- A proactive mindset with a keen interest in sustainable and innovative design solutions.
