Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative packaging concepts that align with brand guidelines and market trends.
- Create accurate dielines and structural layouts tailored to specific manufacturing requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are functional and production-ready.
- Prepare high-quality print-ready files, including proofs and final production assets.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met with high precision.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to innovate packaging solutions that enhance user experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends, material advancements, and sustainable packaging technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging projects.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of print production processes, color management, and material specifications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot dieline/layout issues.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian (and English is a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume creative requests.
