- Develop and maintain consistent brand identity guidelines across all marketing channels.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design, preferably within real estate or a marketing agency.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and modern layout principles.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
