As our Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence within the store. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing eye-catching Point of Purchase (POP) materials and promotional flyers that catch the eye and communicate value to our shoppers. We are looking for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of the retail industry and can maintain high design standards while meeting tight deadlines.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and produce high-quality Point of Purchase (POP) materials, including shelf talkers, banners, and signage.
- Create visually appealing promotional flyers and digital marketing assets for store campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts for seasonal promotions and events.
- Ensure all designs align with the company's brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all files are production-ready and delivered on time.
- Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure color accuracy and print specifications are met.
- Stay up-to-date with current retail design trends and graphic software advancements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a retail or agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout design, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread own work for errors.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Experience with large-format printing processes is a significant advantage.
