Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, design, and produce high-quality visual content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Manage and execute the monthly social media content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Create engaging graphic assets, including motion graphics, posters, ads, and branding materials.
- Monitor social media analytics to optimize engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the management team to align visual strategy with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital marketing trends, tools, and social media platform updates.
- Assist in community management by responding to inquiries and fostering audience interaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Social Media Specialist, or a similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects).
- Solid understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent visual communication skills with a focus on modern aesthetic design.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Experience in photography or basic videography is considered a significant advantage.
