Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and create visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media assets, banners, and newsletters.
- Design print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and corporate stationery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaigns and brand identity strategies.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring all work meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Prepare final files for production, ensuring correct dimensions, resolution, and color modes.
- Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality visual output for various media channels.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and emerging design software to improve workflow and output quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to accept constructive feedback.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle tight deadlines.
- A creative portfolio demonstrating versatility and a refined aesthetic sense.
