Are you a creative visionary with a passion for brand storytelling? Ethos Holding Company is looking for a talented Graphic Designer Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the bridge between our core value propositions and our visual identity. You will work cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, and R&D teams to translate complex concepts into compelling visual assets that resonate with our audience.
The ideal candidate is not just a master of design tools, but a strategic thinker who understands how layout, color theory, typography, and imagery influence consumer behavior. You will be instrumental in shaping our brand presence across digital and print mediums, ensuring consistency and high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Translate product value propositions into high-impact visual elements (layout, color palettes, typography).
- Collaborate closely with the Brand and Marketing teams to develop creative assets for digital campaigns.
- Support the R&D department in visualizing product concepts and presentation decks.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Prepare production-ready files for both digital platforms and print media.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to drive innovative design solutions.
- Ensure all visual deliverables meet high-quality standards and are delivered within project deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
- Proven portfolio showcasing strong conceptual, layout, and typography skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret creative briefs effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a keen interest in current design trends and technology.
