Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and create high-quality visual designs for both print and digital media, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and marketing collateral.
- Develop unique creative concepts, layouts, and graphics that effectively communicate the client's message and align with brand guidelines.
- Ensure all visual deliverables maintain a high level of consistency with the company's brand identity across all channels.
- Revise and iterate designs based on constructive feedback from stakeholders to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the visual quality of our work.
- Prepare final artwork files for printing and production, ensuring proper formatting and technical specifications are met.
- Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and support ongoing promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work and creative projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering polished and professional results.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing creative directions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is highly preferred.
