Betterplace Property Management and Real Estate is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in the heart of Kuta Utara, Bali. In this role, you will be the visual storyteller behind our villa management brand, crafting high-impact designs that resonate with our premium clientele.
You will play a critical role in shaping our brand identity, creating visually stunning digital assets for social media, property listings, and print collateral. We work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment utilizing Lark for seamless project management and team communication. If you have an eye for detail, a strong grasp of design principles, and a desire to elevate property marketing through visual excellence, we want to meet you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop engaging graphic content for digital platforms, social media, and property marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication channels and internal documents.
- Design high-quality print collateral, including brochures, signage, and villa guest information kits.
- Collaborate with the management team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns.
- Ensure timely delivery of all project assets while managing tasks efficiently via Lark.
- Optimize visual content for different digital formats to maximize engagement.
- Update and refresh existing property listings with high-end graphic enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate, hospitality, or luxury property sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva Pro).
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with remote and on-site teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Lark or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate branding guidelines into visual assets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Kuta Utara, Bali.
