Environ Consulting Services (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and visually-driven Graphics & Creative Content Specialist to join our prestigious team in Kuala Lumpur, supporting Ramboll Buildings. This is a unique opportunity to work on iconic, high-profile projects that shape the skylines of major cities. As a specialist in High-Rise & Complex Buildings, you will be the creative bridge between technical engineering excellence and compelling visual storytelling.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the winning of major tenders and the communication of complex architectural concepts. You will work closely with Bid Managers, Senior Engineers, and Global Design leads to produce world-class visual assets that resonate with clients and stakeholders. We are looking for someone who understands that in the world of complex engineering, how you present an idea is just as important as the idea itself.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and produce high-impact graphics for major bid proposals, tender documents, and client presentations.
- Translate complex technical engineering data and architectural concepts into clear, engaging infographics and visual narratives.
- Collaborate closely with Bid Managers to manage the visual identity and layout of large-scale project submissions.
- Develop 2D and 3D visualizations to support the design team in communicating complex building solutions.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all creative outputs to ensure global consistency.
- Create multimedia content, including digital brochures and social media assets, to showcase the firm's expertise in high-rise developments.
- Coordinate with external vendors and print houses to ensure the high-quality production of physical bid materials.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting strict project deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a creative role, preferably within the AEC, real estate, or professional services industry.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop are essential).
- Proven track record in document layout design and high-end typography.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex information through infographic design.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to collaborate in a global corporate environment.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under the pressure of tight tender deadlines.
- Experience with 3D rendering software or motion graphics is a significant advantage.
