Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome every guest upon arrival and manage the restaurant entrance area.
- Efficiently handle reservation inquiries and walk-in guest seating.
- Maintain an organized seating chart to ensure smooth table turnover and service flow.
- Provide guests with accurate information regarding menu highlights and restaurant promotions.
- Communicate effectively with waitstaff and management to ensure optimal service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with grace and professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the reception and lobby area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant degree in Tourism or Hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Greeter, Host/Hostess, or in a customer-facing role within the F&B industry.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is highly valued.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance suitable for a premium restaurant environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Highly organized, punctual, and capable of multitasking in a busy environment.
