RUI Japanese Charcoal Grill, a premium dining destination in Bandung, is seeking a vibrant and professional Greeter to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for an unforgettable Japanese dining experience.
We are looking for an individual who embodies warmth, efficiency, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will manage the flow of our dining room, assist guests with reservations, and ensure every patron feels welcome from the moment they step through our doors on Jl. Bahureksa.
Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome all guests upon arrival and manage the check-in process efficiently.
- Monitor dining room table availability and manage the waiting list during peak hours.
- Accurately record and handle reservation inquiries via phone and in-person.
- Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide menu introductions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance and reception area.
- Collaborate closely with service staff to ensure seamless guest transitions.
- Address guest queries or concerns with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.
- Assist with administrative front-of-house tasks as required by the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality/Tourism.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing or front-of-house role is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm, polite, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional presentation.
- Proficiency in basic English communication is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
