Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and grill a variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables according to recipe specifications and quality standards
- Monitor cooking temperatures and adjust grilling techniques to ensure perfect results
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grilling station and equipment
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and serving of grilled items
- Handle customer inquiries regarding grilled menu items with product knowledge
- Assist in inventory management of grilling ingredients and supplies
- Continuously learn and develop new grilling techniques and recipes
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in grilling or similar cooking role preferred
- Knowledge of various grilling techniques and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
